Our story
They wouldn’t just use it. They’d talk about it.
It started in 2016, with a small sign installation business that other people saw as a side gig. We saw something more.
We understood the real estate world. We knew realtors were juggling too much: clients, paperwork, negotiations, marketing, scheduling. The last thing they needed was one more thing to manage. We believed that if we could build a sign service that was genuinely dependable, that showed up, did it right, communicated, and made their lives easier, they wouldn’t just use it. They’d talk about it.
That belief proved true. Almost entirely through word of mouth, we grew The Sign Post Guy from a small operation into a trusted brand across the region. One relationship at a time. One install at a time. Today we’re known for being reliable, responsive, easy to work with, and willing to go above and beyond.

We started The Sign Post Guy tired of building someone else’s dream. A lot of motivated, hands-on people feel the same way. They want to run their own business, take control of their future, and create something for their family. They just need the right opportunity to make the leap.
We want to be that opportunity for the right people. This is a necessary service built on relationships, reliability, and local presence, exactly the kind of work technology can’t replace. The model is proven. And we’ll be alongside you, because we understand what you’re going through. We’ve lived it.
