Commitment level
This is a full-time, owner-operated business. Most new owners commit 30–40+ hours per week, especially in the first year. It is not a side project, and it is not designed to be run absentee.

Each franchise is awarded a defined territory. You are not competing with another Sign Post Guy® owner in your own market, so you are free to focus on building relationships with realtors in your area.
