We do not request banking information or government identifiers through this site.
Our server automatically logs basic technical information (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and fraud-prevention purposes. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help filter automated submissions; its use is governed by Cloudflare's privacy practices.
How we use it
We use the information you submit only to:
- Evaluate your application or respond to your inquiry
- Communicate with you about the franchise opportunity
- Provide our official franchise disclosure documents to qualified candidates
- Improve our process and detect misuse of our forms
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Application information is retained for as long as is reasonably needed to evaluate your candidacy and, if you do not move forward, for a reasonable period afterward in case you reapply. You may request deletion of your information at any time.
